17 Years of Experience in the Field
Emil Pagoaga’s arrival at ETMS strengthens our ability to deliver top-tier quality program development services to clients in the welding, fabrication, manufacturing, and inspection industries. Mr. Pagoaga has worked in the industry for over 17 years. Formerly the Senior Manager of Accreditation at the American Welding Society (AWS), he brings valuable insight to the team. With his extensive experience, he has played a crucial role in shaping industry standards and ensuring the highest levels of quality and compliance in welding operations. From conducting market research to directing AWS accreditation programs, his experience in the field will elevate our ability to offer the highest quality training programs available to our clients.
Past and Present Roles
Throughout his esteemed career at the American Welding Society, Mr. Pagoaga oversaw the accreditation of numerous testing facilities and welding fabricators, certifying their adherence to stringent quality control measures. His deep understanding of the American Welding Society’s guidelines and his practical experience in implementing ATF and CWF programs uniquely position him to provide invaluable insights and strategic guidance to all of our clients at ETMS.
In his new role as Senior Quality Program Development Consultant at ETMS LLC, Mr. Pagoaga will work closely with clients to design and implement robust quality programs tailored to their specific needs. Drawing upon his extensive knowledge in ATF and CWF programs, he will assist organizations in maximizing the efficiency of their welding operations, guaranteeing adherence to industry regulations, and cultivating a culture of excellence.
